Maintain essential aspects of the hotel & apartment operations such as assist patrons at hotel, apartment, or office building. Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle special requests efficiently. Coordinate and support meetings, events, and group bookings by liaising with internal departments and external vendors. Maintain accurate records of reservations, event schedules, and hospitality services. Monitor online bookings and update hotel and apartment reservation websites with current photos, policies, features, and availability. Prepare and organize meeting rooms and hospitality spaces for events and appointments. Monitor inventory and order hospitality supplies as needed. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all guest facing areas. Monitor guest or tenant’s requests for housekeeping and maintenance. Communicate guest needs and service expectations to relevant departments. Assist in compiling guest feedback and recommending service improvements. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and organizational policies. Suggest to guests' local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports. Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants. Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests on a daily basis. Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks. Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and leaflets.
